Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of 1,000 baht is required for car rental services. The remaining balance, along with fuel, tolls, and parking fees, will be paid in full at the start or end of the job.
- Cancellation of the trip after the deposit has been paid. If you cancel 3 days before the trip, the company will refund the deposit. However, if you cancel less than 3 days before the trip, the company reserves the right to refund the deposit.
- In case of cancellation or reduction of the number of days during use, the company will charge the full rental fee as agreed in the quotation.
- For the price including fuel, it is the price including everything but not including the driver's accommodation if there is an overnight stay.
- For one-way pick-up and drop-off packages, no stops along the way are allowed.
- If the renter does not have accommodation for the driver, the company requests permission to charge the driver 800 baht/night for accommodation. If it is a holiday, 1,000 baht/night.
- If pets are traveling with you, please inform the company before using the service. If any damages are caused by pets, the user must take full responsibility.
- No smoking on the bus. If the user violates this rule, they will be fined 20,000 baht.
- Vomiting in the car, fine 10,000 baht
- For the 5-10 hour all-day service, if used beyond the time, there will be an additional OT charge depending on the vehicle model used (please contact the staff for more information).
